When the goal is "Less Stress"!

All the doctors I speak to want "less stress" --- they are intrigued by the thought that it is possible to reduce the stress, even in their professional life, and feel better emotionally and physically.

But as a doctor, what support are you seeking out in order to achieve that goal of "less stress"? Are you making life choices that are different from what you usually do on a daily basis? Are you responding to "crisis situations" in the same way you did before?

Stress is something that you do have control of. It's how you react to what life is giving you each moment of the day. You have a choice to respond to things differently.

Doesn't "finding inner peace" sound more appealing than "being in pieces" on the inside all the time?
