RX for Quality of Life
Have you ever stopped to think about what prescription you would write out for yourself that would enhance your overall quality of life as a Doctor? As a Certified Life Coach for Doctors, I am passionate about helping you improve your overall quality of life! One of the things that is consistent for each of my coaching clients is that they are the ones that know what's best for them! However, prior to coaching with me, most of them have never taken the time to think about what their ideal life would look like. And if they have thought about it, they never put a concrete plan of action together to ensure that their "ideal life" was not just a concept, but their reality.
As a doctor, I am sure that you write out many prescriptions for your patients each day. Yes, these prescriptions are for medicines to make a patient feel better and ease the pain that they are experiencing. Some of the prescriptions work and sometimes you have a patient call the office and tell you that they still don't feel good, the medicine is not working. As their Doctor, I am sure that you want to get to root of the problem and help them feel better.
I am also sure that you know that a patient's illness can be far more complex than just prescribing one medication. There are many things that your patients can do to improve their quality of life that is independent of what medicines they are taking. Did you know that both of us (you as the Doctor and me as the Certified Life Coach) are in the same business ... making people feel better! We are just approaching it from a different angle. And I am a firm believer in a comprehensive approach to improving quality of life.
As a statistician, I am very well aware of the correlations and interactions between all the things that happen in our lives. The action steps we take, the stress we experience, the way we relate with others, all has an effect on our overall health & well-being. Heck, even our attitude as to whether a medicine is or is not going to help us can play a major role in whether we get better. That's why there is always a Placebo cell in a clinical trial!
So, now, let's talk about you.
What type of prescription would you write for yourself to improve and enhance your quality of life?
Think of all the areas of your life:
1) Career as a Doctor
2) Family Life (relationship with spouse, loved one, kids)
3) Money
4) Physical Environment
5) Friends
6) Health
7) Vacation -- Time off for you (fun, hobbies)
8) Personal Growth
The list can go on ...
Call me today to schedule your 25-minute complimentary, conditional consultation* to begin the process of creating your very own customized RX for happiness and quality of life!
(*I am happy to offer you a complimentary, conditional consultation; however there is one condition (hence "conditional" consultation). After the complimentary 25-minute coaching session, if I feel that we are a good coach/client match, I will stop and ask you at that time (after 25 minutes) to make a "yes" or "no" decision on whether you want to hire me as your coach. That's the only string that is attached with the complimentary consultation... you need to answer "yes" or "no" at the end of the consultation. If you say "yes" we can either continue the consultation at my hourly rate at that time and then schedule your next coaching sessions on a monthly basis or stop for that day and schedule your future consultations at my monthly rate. If you say "no", then no strings attached ... you received a 25-minute free consultation and we are finished with that session. It's that simple. )
